3. Non-Transferable:

Your enrolment in the Rejection Recovery: Liberation & Empowerment Course is non-transferable. You may not transfer your course access or account to any other individual or entity.

4. Refunds and Cancellations:

We are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a refund within 3 days from the date of enrolment. Any personal information shared by participants during the course, including discussions on the forum, will be treated with confidentiality by Ever healing. We encourage participants to respect each other's privacy and refrain from sharing sensitive information outside the course platform.

8. Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to engage in respectful and constructive interactions within the course community. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.

We may periodically update the course content to enhance the learning experience. As an enrolled participant, you will have access to any future updates.

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of VIC, Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
