This practice is one of my favourites…if you’ve worked with me before you know how often I say that!!

It’s true!!

This practice will help you to access any deep conditioning around judging yourself based on how you feel you’re perceived by others. Through doing this practice you'll find the key to your downward spiral from rejection and how you can come back to an upward spiral . This practice gently allows for acknowledgment and limits any bypassing of the core wound in a safe and gentle way.

Compassionate Heart Meditation

The intention for this meditation is to tune in to your body and what you've been feeling during feelings of rejection.

Allow forgiveness and compassion for yourself.   Feel the sensations within yourself moment to moment, rather than getting caught up in the past or the future.   This practice will teach you how to love and hold yourself in the present. You can use this meditation anytime you feel the desire to feel love and compassion. 

This practice is to help grieve any loss you may be feeling from rejection and to allow space for you to feel the rejection.

There is so much love and nourishment for the nervous system available in this practice. If you need profound work, that’s available here, too.   This is a practice that’s like an accordion - it expands and contracts and is used in whatever way you need it - so check in with yourself to see what will be helpful to your loss and grieving process. 

Supportive Breathwork practice

vagus nerve regulation

This is incredible for regulating the vagus nerve, especially after feeling the effects of rejection.

You’ll be powerfully influencing the vagus nerve through the diaphragm, heart and gut. This practice will help to regulate you as you may experience any grief or loss.

Doing this over the heart space is exceptionally good for panic attacks, anxiety and PTSD. (This is my absolute go to!)

Rituals facilitate transitions. They also honor what was and what will be. This ritual will help you move forward from past hurts, loss, and rejection. It will allow you to honor your emotions and memories while simultaneously releasing any lingering attachments that might be holding you back.

This allows you to feel into your energy and start to feel confident in the space you are taking up, knowing that if you get rejected again then that’s ok and maybe, just maybe if rejection occurs again you might not even notice it quite so much. I´ve helped over 1,000 women like you to have the sensuality and freedom of their sexuality through embodiment and somatic practices.

How did I get here?

I learned the hard way

Born in the UK, I drank alcoholically from the age of 13. I endured CSA and SA and life was unmanageable.

I made the life-changing decision to move to Australia in 2009, seeking a better life.

However, I continued to attempt to heal through drugs and alcohol.

By 2014, my life had reached its lowest point. Diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder and plagued by low self-esteem, I felt overwhelmed and saw no way out and felt no purpose in continuing my life.

Abusive relationships, sexual trauma, and toxic bonds had left me devoid of healthy boundaries and the ability to form meaningful connections

In 2015, I began my recovery journey from alcohol and substance addiction. Along this path of self-discovery, I became deeply fascinated by the intricate connections between trauma, behavior patterns, and my experiences in sex, love, and relationships.

Motivated by my own healing and fuelled by a desire to help others, I immersed myself in studying and mastering these areas.

Today, I proudly hold certifications as a Somatic Attachment Therapist, Sex, Love & Relationship Coach and Pelvic Health Specialist. However, my expertise extend far beyond the credentials I bear.

My passion lies in supporting women who are also in sobriety, offering them a safe haven within their own bodies. Together, we work to create new healthy patterns and liberate limiting beliefs that may have hindered their path to fulfillment.

Additionally, as a mentor and coach for women in sobriety, I am dedicated to helping them embrace sacred moments of intimacy, foster loving relationships, and create meaningful and healthy sexual experiences.
