My Story
I was born in the UK and moved to Australia in 2009 for a better life. I used unhealthy methods to attempt to heal from past traumas and by 2014 my life had hit rock bottom.
Diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder and with low self esteem, I simply did not want to be around anymore.
My life was unmanageable, I had endured multiple abusive relationships, sexual trauma and toxic female bonds. I had a complete lack of boundaries and did not know how to form healthy relationships.
After 21 years of addiction to suppress feelings, I was taken by the hand to take a step into the light and start loving myself. After becoming clean and sober, it did not take long for me to want to live again and live a life I had never before experienced with my eyes wide open, I no longer wanted to be a victim of my own self-sabotage or hold myself back.
For the first time, I allowed myself to be vulnerable and to feel love and this is what led me on the path to finding Reiki, Crystals and Coaching.
Energy healing has played a pivotal role in my journey of healing and now I am honored to work with others on their journeys too. I have worked with women to support them through addiction and life circumstances using mentor-ship and my own experiences.
And Now…
I’m a therapist in sex, love and relationships and I am a VITA™ certified coach with Layla Martin as my teacher. I feel so honoured to have studied the methods which have seen me working with so many experienced and leading people in this field to ensure I hold a safe space, filled with compassion for all my client’s in every session by being thoroughly informed of and doing my own work with anti-racism, the LGBTQ+ community and trauma.
My sessions are backed by modern science and empowered by ancient wisdoms such as Tantra and Taoism, this has personally taken me on a deep spiritual journey and provided me with ethical and loving methods to bring to my clients.
I have completed the Reiki Mastership and mentoring program with Nourished Energy and I have a diploma in Crystal Therapy Healing and have worked with cards for over 20 years.
I have completed my studies in Women’s Pelvic Health having gone through an intensive syllabus on how to heal and strategise gut issues, endometriosis, vulvodynia, vaginismus, PCOS, menopause, with the addition of any other symptoms to be looked into.
I’ve completed the Somatic Attachment Therapy certification which includes training from Dr Maureen Green, Dr Peter Levine and Dr Scott Lyons. This is a deep look into attachment and our own inner relationships with ourselves.
I alchemise all I’ve learnt and experienced into my healing containers which means each person receives a unique and bespoke service which is safe, comfortable and healing. I offer suggestions for self-care and support at the end of the session to ensure the healing continues once you leave my care.
No matter how dark your past, you are worthy of living a life in pleasure and high vibration.
